Land-side Caffe Ritazza

This "land-side" coffee shop situated in the main concourse has seating both within the terminal and on the piazza. Caffe Ritazza offers a selection of sandwiches and snacks together with a great coffee experience. This catering facility is available from the time that check-in is opened for the first flight of the day.

Concourse Shop

The World News shop has newspapers, magazines, books, films, audio tapes, CDs and those last minute gifts. The shop promotes "fly healthy" an initiative to educate passengers about how to get the most of out their flight and arrive in tip-top condition. 01392 366 576

Travel Agent

The Airport Travel Agency, Harvey World Travel, no longer has an office in the terminal building but they may be contacted at their call centre: 01392 446 446 or email: travel desk  

Staff of this independent travel agent have a comprehensive knowledge of holiday companies and airlines operating from this airport. The agency will also research smaller operators not listed on the destinations pages.

Bureau de Change

TravelEx will operate the currency exchange facility from 20 May 2008.  
Only Euros are availble, at the airport until this time, from the Cash Point in the Departure Lounge.

Cash Machines

ATM cash machines are situated in Arrivals, the concourse in the main Terminal Building and in the Departure Lounge. Departure Lounge machine offers Euros.  The ATMs accept Link cash cards and the following: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, American Express.

Departure Lounge

The departure lounge offers comfort and style before your flight. Seating for 400, a TV, telephone and web access are provided together with Alpha Airport Shopping and the Bar Des Voyage. Catering and shopping facilities are available from the time that check-in is opened for the first flight of the day.

Executive Lounge

This facility is exclusively available to flybe passengers and offers comfort and style before your flight. Passengers should see the airline's representative for more details about this facility.

Airport Shopping

Alpha Airport Shopping represents terrific savings over High Street prices. In addition to the Duty Free spirits & cigarettes, customers can choose from a wide range of perfume, cosmetics and skincare plus gifts and treats such as sunglasses, fashion accessories, watches, leather goods and confectionery all at tax-free prices to every traveller. 
The shop has the latest from the paperback chart for holiday reading and the news island is stocked with magazines and newspapers.

Food Village

This "air-side" restaurant offers a selection of hot and cold dishes. Catering facilities are available from the time that check-in is opened for the first flight of the day.
Food Village incorporates the Village Grill and also provides baguettes and sandwiches. Catering services are managed by Select Service Partner (SSP) part of the Compass Group: 01392 368 744

The Bar

The "air-side" Bar is accessed via the Food Village and has extensive views over the airfield.  The outlet sells beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and light snacks.  This outlet is managed by Select Service Partner (SSP) part of the Compass Group.

Airside Caffee Ritazza

This "air-side" Caffee Ritazza outlet offers an authentic Italian espresso-based coffee menu with a wide range of award-winning coffees from espresso to latte and cappuccino, all made using the traditional Italian method by fully trained baristas. Caffè Ritazza also has a wide selection of hot and cold snacks, which are all made freshly on the premises.  These include a mouth-watering array of ciabattas or toasted paninis and Caffe Ritazza’s new Mezzalunas – an authentic Italian bread pocket made with olive oil and served either hot or cold. For a sweet treat, there are delicious pastries, cakes and muffins on offer. The facility is managed by Select Service Partner (SSP) part of the Compass Group.
