Commercial filming and photographic opportunities are available at Exeter International Airport and subject to the following charges and conditions.

CHARGES

Land-side - external and internal
Car Parks | Front of Terminal | Terminal Concourse | Check -in | Catering Area | Bar and Shop | Arrivals and Baggage Re-claim
Fee: £250 for the first hour or part thereof
Additional hours charged at £200
Based on a maximum of 6 people. An escort is required at a ratio of 1:6. An additional £40 per escort per hour will be charged for 7 people and above.

Air-side - internal and external
Departure Lounge | Catering Area, Bar and Shop | Boarding Gate Area | Apron and Aircraft Stands | orth Side
Fee: £300 for the first hour or part thereof
Additional hours charged at £250
Based on a maximum of 6 people. An escort is required at a ratio of 1:6. An additional £40 per escort per hour will be charged for 7 people and above.

CONDITIONS

  • A minimum of seven working days notice is required with full details of schedule.
  • Payment should be settled two working days prior to commencement.
  • Agreed start and finish times must not be exceeded.
  • The airport reserves the right to interrupt or halt any filming or photography in progress without prior notice.
  • Security procedures may not be filmed.
  • Passengers and staff may not be filmed or interviewed without the prior permission of the Airport or the Airline/Tour Operator.
  • Branding and signage of business partners and airlines must not be filmed without permission.
  • Airport Health and Safety requirements must be complied with at all times.
  • A risk assessment must be undertaken by the visiting company and forwarded to the airport's Health and Safety Manager two days prior to commencement.
  • A copy the insurance policy must be submitted with the following cover: High Risk activities £10 million, Low Risk activities £5 million.
